At St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Dream Home Giveaway is more than just a chance to win a house; it's an opportunity to connect the community with a mission that saves lives. Recently, we reached a significant milestone in this journey – the floor signing party at the house we are working on.
A Day of Hope and Connection
The floor signing day was a heartwarming event where sponsors, community members, and even a former St. Jude patient from central Kentucky came together. They gathered to write messages of hope and encouragement on the foundation of the new house. This tradition serves as a poignant reminder of why it's important to be part of the effort to help sick children.
We were interviewed as part of this milestone, sharing the following in the interview:
"You know we live in a wonderful, wonderful area, and to see so many people involved in so many ways and so many types of businesses and communities, it’s just rewarding, and it just feels great to be a part of a team."
Supporting the Mission
We are proud to sponsor the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for the Dream Home Giveaway. Our involvement goes beyond financial support; it's about being part of a community dedicated to a noble cause. We are also donating a $2,500 garage makeover prize for one lucky person who buys a $100 ticket to win the house.
In addition to the drawing for our $2,500 gift certificate, we are donating our installation of the epoxy-chipped floor in the garage of the St. Jude Dream Home. The floor will be installed prior to the drawing for the St. Jude Dream Home. There will be two separate drawings, one for the St. Jude Dream Home and one for the $2,500 gift certificate.
